Our environmental objective is to combine our goals and strategies with sound environmental practice, in keeping with all applicable environmental regulations.

Our activities must not be detrimental to the safety of people and the protection of the environment. Keeping in line with environmental laws and regulations is understood to be the minimum requirement.

Monica’s Caterers actively contributes to providing solutions to global warming through Climate Care activities and recycling initiatives such as the planting of 15,000 trees in East Anglia. We strive to set an example in environmental protection and pursue an open information policy towards employees, clients, authorities and the public.

Within our sphere of influence we actively encourage our contractors, suppliers and customers to conduct their business with environmental responsibility.

We continuously strive to improve the total environmental performance of the company through technological innovation and application, organisational development, enhanced understanding and commitment.
